Great family business ! They replaced our furnace and did a great job. Very friendly with our dogs as well. Pricing came out better than other companies in the area ! I’ll be using them from now on!

Highly recommend - my furnace decided it was time and died on me. Russ and Andrew were able to come out only a couple of hours after I called and provided me with a quote and some options for a new furnace. I never once felt pressured to make a decision which tends to factor into my choice with a large purchase like this. I received 3 other quotes and they had not only the best price, but best warranty.

I had no heat and they were able to fit me in next day for the new furnace. I really appreciated how respectful of my property and space they were (protected the flooring, left no debris etc).

Could not be happier with my choice, fantastic communication and everything went so smoothly. I'm happy to support a local family business!

Thanks again guys!

I am SO happy I contacted this company. We woke up to our furnace not working and our house at 13 degrees. I spoke with Russ, and after a quick conversation he was happy to come take a look—even though it was a Sunday morning in the middle of a snowstorm. He was completely straightforward, honest, and fair, which was such a relief compared to other companies that we contacted. Russ and his son treated us with respect and kindness, had the issue fixed, and were out in under 30 minutes. They truly went above and beyond. I will only be using this company from here on out!

At a friends' place and the thermostat appeared dead, it was -9 outside. The batteries had corroded in the thermostat, cleaned the contacts, put the new batteries and the thermostat came back to life. Unfortunately when the thermostat was reinstalled it turned back off.

Having used Bow previously at my place for furnace and A/C as well as my parents and girl friends I sent Russ a text. He advised he was unavailable until the next morning but he provided me with the steps to try and it worked.

A fantastic experience yet again. I tell everyone

Bow home comfort is an honest local business operated by a father and son team.

Prompt installation, very fair and competitive pricing, high quality workmanship, and attentive customer service. Based on my experience I would strongly recommend their services and will absolutely use Bow again in the future. Thank you Russ and Andrew!

Bow Home Comfort always provided quick response and service when I've called them. In 2019, my MIL's 20+ year old furnace died the day after Christmas and they were there the next day to repair so her house didn't freeze and they installed a new furnace shortly after. More recently, I contacted them this autumn for a service repair at my house and they responded quickly in spite of an obviously busy week for them.

Russ Bow put in our furnace back in 2011 and it has worked wonderfully since until recently. Last Thursday our furnace died and we were so worried with the upcoming snow storms in the forecast. We called him on Friday, and he made sure we had a temporary heat source to make it through the weekend. He and his son were here promptly on Monday morning and our house had heat again within in an hour. The price with parts and including the house call came to under $500 which was a pleasant surprise. He works with budgets and makes sure you get the best deal possible. Even back when we had our furnace installed, he made sure we were able to get the maximum rebates that were being offered by the government at the time for people to upgrade to high efficiency units.

I recommend him 100% without hesitation, for old fashioned good quality customer service at a reasonable price. You will NOT be disappointed with Bow Home Comfort, try them out.

Thank you Russ and son! We appreciate you!

They offered a competitive price without compromising on quality, and their workmanship was top-notch. The installation was smooth, efficient, and clearly handled with care and expertise.
